My role in the team

My role in the team is to keep everyone moving. To keep everyone moving I have to talk to them, I have to encourage, boost their confidence and sometimes tell them what to do. An example of my role in the team is when someone is to have and 1 on 1 defense I tell them to get there to put their arms out and to D up, one of my team mates
